We began in the year 2000 under the name of Azhar Adli Cooked Food. Our Granny in the family loves to eat traditional kuehs. It was difficult to find shops that sell tasty authentic traditional kuehs just like the old days, and that’s when she suggested that we should try to make and sell the home-made kuehs. In the begining, we didn't know what to expect it was tough for the family to cope as we were inexperience in the food business. With comments and suggestions from our customers, whom are now our friends and regular, we improved on the quality of our kuehs.
What is Our Speciality?
Initially, we started with a small number of kuehs. Now, we are selling over 20 types of kuehs daily. Through words of our regulars, we even get orders for small meetings, wedding receptions, courses and even fun fairs each year during National Day. Even some of our kuehs had travel across the globe. Kueh Kochi was brought to Vietnam, Taiwan. Awal-Awal was brought to Manchester, England, Taiwan. Putri Salat was brought to Shanghai, Taiwan. Lopis and Buah Melaka was brought to Perth, Australia. Kuehs that are more popular are Fried Curry puffs, Fried Sesame Balls, Lopis, Nagasari, Jemput-jemput (Fritters).
